Hourly Billing Rates

Many "a la carte" services such as consultations, image processing and post-production, copy writing/editing, and website maintenance and updates are billed at the current hourly rate. Billing for such projects may require payment in full of a pre-agreed upon estimate, depending on circumstances. Cancellation of your project may result in forfeiture of all or part of your pre-payment, and refunds are offerred at my sole discretion.

Standard hourly rates range in price from $50-75 per hour, depending on the project. Specific hourly rates will be set for all projects before commencement of work. Additional terms may apply for services requiring travel out of the Portland, OR market, such as photography and consultation services. Out of market travel will require payment in advance for transportation costs, per diem, and applicable lodging, plus 70% of estimate for services to be performed. Payment and booking for out of market travel must be made no less than 14 days in advance, or be subject to additional charges.

Projects requiring rushed attention/ delivery will be subject to a premium hourly rate of $75/hour, and may not be subject to special package pricing. Rush delivery classification and pricing is determined solely by me relative to the size of the project/hours required in relation to a normal delivery schedule. Some exceptions may apply, and larger projects requiring an undefined amount of hours worked may be billed at a premium hourly rate.

Photography Rates

All photography projects are billed at $75 per hour, plus licensing to match your intended use. Additional use is subject to licensing fees, to be negotiated at start of project. Single image buyout price is $1500.

Charges may also apply for out of market travel[see above], studio rental, modeling fees, location scouting services and costs, and pre- and post-production services.
